Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: LLB/LLM in Corporate Law from a foreign or HEC-recognized university.
Experience:
- Minimum 25 years as a practicing advocate.
- At least 15 years as an Advocate Supreme Court of Pakistan.
- Strong knowledge of corporate affairs, service matters, civil & taxation laws, and regulatory frameworks related to Petroleum/Oil & Gas sectors.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience as Legal Advisor/Consultant in Government, Semi-Government, or regulatory bodies.
Responsibilities:
- Represent HDIP in Civil to Supreme Court cases.
- Provide expert legal opinions on various matters.
