Available Positions
1. Specialist Technical
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage technical aspects ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Oversee quality assurance for power distribution equipment.
- Design and maintain technical specifications for materials in power systems.
- Improve standards and assess technological advancements.
- Conduct risk analysis and implement mitigation strategies.
- Develop and implement quality assurance programs.
- Conduct audits, inspections, and cost-benefit analyses.
- Prepare financial reports and technical documentation.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering (16 years) from an HEC-recognized institution with a valid PEC license.
- Master’s degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or Business Administration is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a reputed national/multinational organization.
- Knowledge of power sector standards (IEC, ANSI, NEMA, IEEE, ISO) and distribution system certifications preferred.
- Strong technical writing, analytical, and presentation skills.
Remuneration & Age Limit:
- Market-based competitive salary package.
- Maximum age limit: 40 years.
2. Assistant Specialist Technical
Responsibilities:
- Manage technical aspects and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct rigorous technical assessments and risk analysis.
- Develop and implement quality assurance programs.
- Perform audits, inspections, and cost-benefit analyses.
- Write technical working papers and proposals.
- Prepare technical reports for stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (16 years) from an HEC-recognized institution with a valid PEC license.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a reputable organization.
- Strong knowledge of electrical power systems and international standards (IEC, ANSI, IEEE, ISO, DDS).
- Excellent technical writing and analytical skills.
